Sweet Perfection

Butterscotch Pecan Blondies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup Nestle Toll House butterscotch morsels
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Combine the flour, powder, soda and salt and set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
- Then add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into a 9x13" buttered cake pan.
- Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
