Butterscotch Pecan Blondies

Sweet Perfection


My guys love these Blondies.  They are full of buttery, brown sugary goodness.  Topped with butterscotch chips and pecans I'm sure that your family will love 'em too....... 









Butterscotch Pecan Blondies

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Nestle Toll House butterscotch morsels
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cooking Directions
  1. Combine the flour, powder, soda and salt and set aside.
  2. Cream together butter and sugar using an electric mixer.
  3. Then add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Now add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour batter into a 9x13" buttered cake pan.
  6. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and pecans.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
