Perfect for the Holidays!
This cake is made with a Basic Yellow Cake recipe and topped with a Meringue Frosting and toasted coconut.....The yellow cake is perfectly moist and the meringue frosting is very light and a nice change from traditional buttercream.... and check out our new vintage recipe format for the Country Favorites Collection.....
