Fresh Honey Wheat Bread in 
1 hour and 45 minutes start to finish!


It seem that every time I try to make Wheat
Bread it turns out heavy.  So I lightened it
up by using bread flour and more yeast.
  You can bake it  as a french loaf on a sheet 
pan, or in a bread pan for sandwich bread, 
its great either way.
