Golden Potato Bread

"Golden Potato Bread"

Yukon Gold Potatoes give this bread
its buttery golden glow.....Oven proofing
makes this overnight dough a cinch to
make......and the use of parchment
paper makes it beautiful!

No more Ugly loaves!

Heres a great trick...butter parchment
paper cut to fit your loaf pans....

And your bread will lift right out
of the pan .....no sticking:)

This is what your dough should
look like after rising overnight in
the fridge...punch it down and turn
out into your floured surface.

Divide in half and roll each one into a
rectangle.

Then roll up and...

pinch the edges together.

Place them in loaf pans seam side down
and cut tops with a sharp knife.

After baking lift right out of the pan
and enjoy your perfect bread
that didn't stick to the pan!
