Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness
Make sure they are completely cooled before decorating
No fancy equipment needed I used a freezer bag and nipped off the corner
After outlining spoon thinner icing into the middle
With a butter knife or toothpick pull the icing into the corners
So thats it... place sugar pearls on or sprinkle with corse sugar

I am going to have to try this recipe. My husband loves sugar cookies. I tried other recipes but he saws thier to soft. He likes them a little crispy. Maybe I need to cook them longer.
