Whole-Wheat
- 3 c. whole-wheat flour
- 3 c. cake flour
- 4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 c. powdered milk
- 1-1/2 c. powdered buttermilk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. baking powder
- 2 Tbs. salt
To make:
Add 2 c. of mix, 1 egg, 1-1/4 to 1/2 c. milk or water and 1 tsp vanilla(optional).
For Plain Pancake Mix
Use 10 c. unbleached all-purpose flour in place of the first three flours in the above recipe.

Label tip use clear contact paper. It makes it easy to remove and its wipeable.

ReplyDeleteI love this! I started making Bulk Biscuit and Muffin mix and keep that in the cupboard. Now I'll be adding the bulk pancake mix as well!
