Bulk Pancake Mix Recipe


Whole-Wheat

  • 3 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 4 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. powdered milk
  • 1-1/2 c. powdered buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. baking powder
  • 2 Tbs. salt
Mix together and place in a 1 gal. container.  Store in a cool dry place.
To make:
Add 2 c. of mix, 1 egg, 1-1/4 to 1/2 c. milk or water and 1 tsp vanilla(optional).


For Plain Pancake Mix
Use 10 c. unbleached all-purpose flour in place of the first three flours in the above recipe.

Label tip use clear contact paper.  It makes it easy to remove and its wipeable.

  3. I love this! I started making Bulk Biscuit and Muffin mix and keep that in the cupboard. Now I'll be adding the bulk pancake mix as well!
