
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup butter(softened)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1-3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1- 2 oz. package dry roasted macadamia nuts
- 1 cup coconut flakes
2. Cream together butter, sugars, pudding mix, vanilla and egg.
3. Then add four, salt and soda.
4. Stir in nuts, chocolate and coconut.
5. Spoon dough onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen

I love white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! I bet the pudding addition really makes the cookie awesome!

I always make white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, but maybe I need to add some coconut to mine as well. Good combo.
